Only what you give us. If you fill in the "tell us what you need" form, we collect your name, email, school and a description of the job you want help with, so we can reply to you. If you use the free tool, we store the email you enter so we can stay in touch. We use simple, privacy-friendly website analytics that do not identify you personally.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any AI model. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
Tools are built around your school's structure. We strongly encourage you to build and test with sample or initials-only data rather than full student records. For a built-for-you tool, your school remains the data controller, we act only on your instruction, and we do not retain your students' data after the tool is delivered. We are happy to follow your school's data-protection requirements and to sign a data-processing agreement on request.
The free tool runs in your own browser. It works on a "bring your own key" basis, which means anything you type is sent to the AI provider you choose, under that provider's terms, not to us. We do not receive the contents of what you build.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we will take care of it.
